Advice needed

Hello

I am looking a bit of advice, is anyone using speed loaders with bx25 magazines for a 10/22 Ruger, if so, what's the best one to buy? what would you avoid?

I cant be of any help but I'm curious to know why you want one for the BX 25 mags. I find mine very easy to see load, put one round in and then push slightly down with a thumb whilst you put the next round in and so on.

I do have some 10 round mags that have been deliberately wound up to improve feeding so would also be interested to hear recommendations of loaders.

Thanks Smallholder, i want just to try a loader for the bx25, they are not bad to load but a loader might be handy, would be interested to see whats a good or bad one based on other peoples experience.

The Butler Creek loader I like, it seems a bit more robust than the others out there, but harder to source.

the Ram Line seemed good but you dont seem to see them around anymore.

I've used the MacFadden one, it works well but I'm worried it is not strong enough, just doesn't feel it.
A nice point is you can buy different magazine adaptors to take various 22 magazines, for the other 22 semi rifles out there.

I don't think any of the above are great for 10rnd mags, but I'll defer to others on that.

MagLula make one that makes it easier to load each round individually, and if it's like their other stuff it'll be solid and work. I've only seen pictures though.

Thanks M@tt i was searching online and came across this has anyone seen or used these loaders from the US, don't know if they are sold here anywhere

@Nev76 So, having found that link, I thought I'd try one. Disappointed to see the price but speeding up shooting time on the range is a win, so in for a penny. Then I saw that Firing Solutions invoice you for a Bank Transfer :banghead: Any hoo, did that and thought I'd probably see it next week. It arrived this morning! - less than 24 hours 👏

In use it works well. I have a Butler Creek loader for my BX-25 and its probably on a part speed-wise but I have no complaints :thumb: Will put it properly to test on the range soon.
