Advice on fridge size

I should be moving house after 9 months of waiting, when we finally get in im putting a shed in the garden for a fridge, freezer, table and motorcycle when I go away. Space is a problem as the shed is 7x5feet. I need a fridge that I can hang reds in, after looking in to it I will probably need to cut the deer down in order to fit. Any advise on sizes? Also, hanging rails. Where do you get them and how do you install them? I have had a look at the last 14 pages and can't find anything that helps and have also used the search bar! Any advice greatly appreciated!

Unless you can find a 7x5 foot Tardis, you are living in a dream world! Just a motorbike and a table will fill that alone. Cutting deer down to fit and then storing them is not ideal and would mean that you could not sell them to a game dealer. With red deer, you really need a very tall chiller. Even 2m is way too short really. I did a thread ages ago which may help you with some of your questions, but your expectations on a 7'x5' shed may be somewhat lacking!

Sorry I should have specified, the bike will only be in there whilst I'm away on holiday, just for storage. The rest of the time it will be in the yard. I will have a read and go through what I've already come up with to see what I can and can't fit! Thanks

Edit-they are for personal consumption, won't be going to a game dealer

If you took a red in half you could fit it in a decent size double-door drinks fridge. They are very good as they tend to blast circulate cold air which prevents moisture and mould build up. Cut holes through the sides and slide a stainless or galvanised pole through and seal it. Fit a suitable cutting surface to the top of a chest freezer and there's your space saving table and freezer combo!

I bought a used catering fridge, with fallow being the largest I'll hang. I researched internal measurements of brand new bespoke game fridges / larders, and what they advertised they could hold deer / game wise etc. As such once I knew what I was after 'measurements wise' I went shopping.
Reference hanging, I raised the shelf rails to highest level and built a wooden square frame to securely sit on rails, with a few slots for a hanging rail. Not sure if this helps but 4 years on it still serves well

I was reading a thread in a German magazine and the expert noted that a fridge with blower was not an absolute must have, he said that a normal fridge without blower will function as well if the door is opened to ventilate once a day which will equal the energy usage of a blower fridge.
Anyone else heard of that trick?

Judging by a few of the threads I've read that's what's advised otherwise you get white mold I think it was on the meat. Opening the fridge stops this to my knowledge of what I've read

If you can, a fan would be a definite benefit, air moving round the fridge will help dry out the outer layer of the carcass and reduce the chance of sweating.

Had the same problem a few summer's ago. As it was impossible to hang deer for any length of time with the heat. Ended up going to Currys and buying a tall larder fridge, best move i made. Can get 3 Roe in it. Made a hanging rail from the fitted wardrobe rails available from b+q.
