I'm aware I may be shouting into the void somewhat, but I'd like to get a post up regardless.
While I play the long game with Suffolk FLU, and in the long meantime (over 2 years for new grants in Suffolk), I'd like to continue to keep my eye in with a rifle & sticks out in the field. I have a decent sub-12 air rifle, night vision kit, insurance and a can-do attitude, so I'm on the lookout for permissions for small vermin, rabbits, rats, squirrels, or feral pigeons etc.
Based in West Suffolk but right on the border, so East Cambridgeshire, or North Essex area would be ideal.
I have seen other posts from folk who are searching in adjacent areas, I know it's a challenge. I know I've picked my timing terribly what with it being the start of harvest season, but if you perhaps know of anyone in the vicinity, or are yourself and wouldn't mind allowing someone to join you, I'd really appreciate the recommendation, it would mean a lot.
