Alternative to fish n chips

Don’t get me wrong, I do enjoy Fish and Chips when I’m over, but I’d bet dollars to donuts that a lot of your “fish” is actually a shark species (spiny dogfish). They catch them in massive quantities on the North Carolina coast and nearly 100% is shipped to the UK or EU countries. Endangered on your side of the Atlantic but almost a plague on our side.

we call them spurdogs. the commercials here managed to nearly wipe them out, now they are making a come back they want to target them again
