Ammunition storage

I got this Amazon Basics biometric safe, work off my fingerprint. Bolted to the wall in the usual way, holds ammo, keys, bolts, magazines et al.

£159 at the moment but it goes up and down, I got it for £95 just before Christmas, passed FEO inspection. Will hold 1,200 rounds of centrefire, 600 rounds of .223 and 2k rounds of .22 easily with room to spare on the shelf for bits and peices.

The trouble with fingerprint safes is that you leave your 'password' on literally everything you touch.

It's always good to read the reviews also... I recently was looking for a fire rated safe for documents, etc... looking at the digital Yale ones, owners soon experienced the 'touch' numbers failing with poor support from Yale.

I do on the other hand have a cheaper Yale safe with screen and rubber buttons with key override and it's never failed me yet. So just check and read people's honest reviews. I did and didn't buy...
