argocat and polaris question, possibly looking for one.

My argocat conquest went pop this week, and needs head gaskets and a clutch unit. Does anyone have an argo clutch available to buy? I am also considering upgrading once mine is fixed, or possibly buy one and allow me to work on the old one at my leisure and am exploring all the possibilities. I have been advised that the Polaris 6x6 is as good as my 8x8 argo, which i find hard to believe, the ground i use it on is very steep, and i worry it will not be able to cross a steep rank heather covered incline, though it may make it up the hill square on. The conquest struggles at times, it is really very steep, but if anyone has experience of them i would be interested.

I am also interested in what may be out there for sale, a more modern argo 8x8 would be my first choice, but anything very capable would be considered, i am not really interested in older models.

I have worked on a polaris 6x6. I wasn't impressed with the small box section the chassis is constructed off.

However, they are two different beasts.
