ATN Thermal - After Care

Hello, Do we have any ATN rep on the forum now that Peter left the Company ??, My friend bought a Blaze Hunter Thermal Monocular via this forum and still having Battery problems, He made contact with ATN direct, New battery sent but still that has not solved the issue, It is still under Warranty, Has any SD member with this model had battery problems ?? Appreciate any help,

Found my x sight pro really good as a product and when I was trying to work out how to use it, the customer service was excellent
