I've been offered one of these hardly used for a very good price. Any opinions or experience out there?

That's good then, I luv Marmite.marmitesome will love them some will tell you to avoid at all cost, i have had the 5-20 on my .17 hornet for many a year and it has done all i have ever asked of it with quality laser IR. Do look at the new offerings from time to time but can see no reason to spend my money yet to replace it. Primary use rabbits and occasional fox.
Has he got anything else he wants to sell ! hahahaIf you can imagine a fellow club member who runs a very successful business and having more money than sense, despite being very sensible, always wanting the very newest toy available and constantly finding his toy cupboard too full for more toys and having to get rid of some of his older (nearly a month old ffs) stuff.
I just happened to mention that the nights were drawing in and I couldn't see the ratties in my garden so would have to get some NV. This fella say's "I've got an ATN X-sight you can have for £150. I'm bored with it and just bought a XXXX"
What can you do. Thus my question as I have no experience with it and wondered what people on here thought of it as a useful nightscope.

All done last night. Compass promptly dumped to err, but a good shacking cured that! Crashed a couple of times during adjustment but seems pretty stable when used normally. I've linked it to an old Ipad which is fun. I can see what's in front of it from another room. I'm sure that's useful somehow!check the firmware version installed as the latest version is a lot more stable than the early versions were.
