BASC announced as official partner of The Stalking Show

I suspect BASC are withdrawing from direct engagement on this forum, one can only keep bashing one’s head against a brick wall for so long before it starts to hurt. So I expect announcements like this from BASC will continue but with limited engagement with the forums members. It’s a pity if that is what is happening as we will have lost a great way of interacting with BASC and getting our view point across in a fair and constructive manner, but as someone has said above….”that’s the internet for you”.

frankly though they did not listen and i can't speak for anyone else but i had an attempt at bullying directed at me from basc on here.

if you do something that is extremely unpopular with the membership here and a lot of shooters in general you can expect a little bit of push back.

I’m a fully paid up member wondering why there has been no response to a thread about BASC after 53 posts?

Possibly focusing all their energies on the future of trail hunting as impacted by Government's new Animal Welfare Strategy?

Absolutely , many of us have been accused of "bashing" but this, in my experience, is very much a two way street.

I doubt it given Swift's fulsome support for the original 2004 Bill when it was going through parliament.
