Bass Pro Meat Grinder

I am currently out in Orlando with the mini Koening’s and Mrs K.

I am in the market for an electric meat mincer (called a grinder here) and find UK prices to be approx £200/50 ish.

With the exchange rate as it is and if I can slip it into the case past the various new trainers and other Disney crap the Bass Pro offering works out at approx £100 - a substantial saving…..but.

1. Has anyone on SD ever actually used one?

2. Is it any good? It’ll be used about once a month for smaller species and the odd Fallow.

3. Will it work on UK voltage? I lived in the US for a while and all the electronics I brought back have worked OK with the correct adapter, but that’s mostly stuff like iPads - not miners/grinders.

Not worth the aggro for £100. These meat grinders weight a tonne. It is highly unlikely it will work on 230v mains we have so you will need a beefy transformer. I'd say no meaningful savings to be bad.

Just looked at doing the same thing. I returned with a rotary tumbler from Bass Pro for next to no money.
To operate a grinder, you’ll likely need a beefy power converter at around £75/100 on Amazon.
