BAT actions Rathdrum, can any explain?

Hey folks, I recently bought a rifle 2nd hand that was apparently built by Malcolm Feguson. It's got Rathdrum on the action, but I no idea what thats all about?...can anyone help?

“Rathdrum” is pure Irish place name. Literally means fort on the hill.
