Beef wellington anyone ?

Last wellington I did was deconstructed and I definitely had a preference in preparation and finished meal. Not for the traditionalist but went down well
 
The worst I ever had was in Montevideo, you cut into it and chased it round the plate, a straw would have been the best option, apparently the main ingredients was chicken livers.
 
I think that there are some interesting versions mentioned and therefore I will need samples sent to me to judge a winner. If you all cater for at least six, I can then properly scrutinise and give a truthful outcome.
