[td] Firearms Licensing Survey Request​ ​ Dear NRA Member, Firstly, please accept our apologies if you are not an FAC holder as this email will not be relevant to you. We are writing to inform you that His Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services (HMICFRS) are currently undertaking a review into police firearms licensing and the systems in place to support it. As part of this review, HMICFRS is seeking feedback from individuals who have had direct experience with firearms licensing. In order to canvass people’s views they have created online surveys for both individual Firearms Certificate Holders and Registered Firearms Dealers (RFDs). Below are the links to each survey - scroll to the bottom of the webpage to start the survey: Individual FAC Holders - https://www.homeofficesurveys.homeoffice.gov.uk/s/LLI6JJ/ Registered Firearms Dealders (RFDs) - https://www.homeofficesurveys.homeoffice.gov.uk/s/CFZ11H/ We have also taken the opportunity to attach the emails explaining the background to these survey requests. We would encourage anyone who has had dealings with firearms licensing to complete the relevant survey(s), as it is vital that those with relevant experience are given the opportunity to voice their views and provide HMICFRS with meaningful feedback.
