For me, Strelok is the must-have. For tinkering at home on the laptop, ShootersCalculator.com ballistic trajectory calculator is splendid.
All need the bullet BC, G1, G7 or whatever. And MV.
Not sure of the worth of a windmeter at the firing point, except in very artificial conditions. I do have one, a cheap Caldwell which does the job.
Mostly used when sailing though, when running the committee boat and setting the start line accurately is nowadays quite technical, and HSE prescribes that we call things off, or leave it to the bold, when the wind gets up beyond certain limits. For the dinghies. It gets mighty technical when racing yachts, where wind is everything, and a good masthead anemometer and vane is crucial, together with integrated correction for apparent wind, boat speed, and gps correction for true heading, corrected for leeway drift. Pricey, best all integrated with the chart plotter display.
Just looked those up. Interesting. Apparently the shooting version will bluetooth across to Strelok, though not sure how well. No good to me for my other uses, where a clear display on the device is required. Rather than being reliant on having a 'phone with the app linked, to tell you anything. Anyway I already have a good enough device.
Tempted to buy into the Kestrel thing ? Well not for me, but others just love them.

I do normally log “events” but not everything, I started with that intent but found that when on the range my concentration levels left little left to log it all
