Best electronic fox call?

Like NV, the electronic fox caller market has moved on a little since I was last into all. After recommendation for electronic fox call please with remote so I can position away from me and activate on and off. Something simple (like me) and not too expensive. Happy to pay for quality but don't need top end highest price unit. Thank you.

I've got am Icotec GC350, basic easy to use caller holds 24 calls , but good sound & fairly robust. I forgot I to collect it one night & it stayed out for a day in near monsoon conditions, still worked perfectly.

I’ve got icotec, don’t use it much but it does the job when the time is right

never uploaded anything, works spot on, when needed with the onboard calls

you can over engineer a fox caller, basic calls work at the right time

I generally use a hand call as a stopper 99% of the time,

mine works a treat, worth the money

I have recently replaced a failing 'Mini Colibri' fox call with an ''IcoTec Hellion'. I am very pleased with it. Robust in construction and with an effective intuitive and simple to operate remote. 100 + installed calls and the facility, if you wish, to install additional ones. Not a magic bullet, as no callers are, but effective 'on its night' !

Depends how far you want to be away from it but a phone and a bluetooth speaker works on a budget.

Another vote for the Icotec 350 great bit of kit

Great for the money, especially when on sale.
FYI, I did a test yesterday and the connection broke off at 38 paces.
Yes, I did the same test last night, but with an Anker Soundcore mini, which is only 5W - the connection worked up to about 25 yards max, and the sound simply wasn't loud enough. Might nick a Soundcore 2 from my son's bedroom and try that, as I like the idea of recording a squeak on my phone and using that as a remote.

I had been using an Icotec101, which is good as it fits in your pocket, but the built in calls are not great, and you can't add any to it.

Probably dont even have to record anything, plenty of free animal call apps around.

The 101 is all I have fella ... and mine has teeth marks in it ! Put it on 'Mouse' and leave it there. If they're going to come, they'll come to that ;)
