bettinsoli chokes

dont know if this is the right place for this
but does anyone know if theres extended chokes for the bettinsoli 20g
teagues dont do em but im sure ive seen some or flush fit if not extended
any help or links gratefully recived

Hi I had a bettinsoli 20g the el lovely gun.It had extended chokes by bettinsoli.

ps. 7 chokes with the gun it was new.the extended chokes was full & full.
