Blackwood Outdoors Good Customer Experience

First time I have used @Blackwood Outdoors, just purchased. Pulsar Krypton FXG50 at a very good price with a new adaptor included for free. Received confirmation of order and daily update by both email and text regarding deliver including 1 hour time slot, all went very smoothly. I had a minor issue ( battery fit being a little tighter than on my XQ38) sent them a note, Ian was straight on the phone and resolved it for me. Great customer experience I will use them again

That's true, but it's also the case that there are some sellers on here who make money out of us who are nothing like as good as Blackwood Outdoors.
Some know they are not and others are blissfully ignorant of how bad they are
