Blood in sinuses.

I am currently cleaning a muntjac head a have blood stuck in the sinuses. The pressure washer will not shift it. I am currently soaking the skull in biological washing powder solution, in the hope that the enzymes will dissolve the blood. Has anyone got any other practical solutions to this problem?

Hydrogen peroxide breaks down blood If you've still not gotten it out.
