Boot/Welly help

Got a couple of pairs of walking boots & still going strong. My area has beaches & streams in most areas so looking into a Wellington type I can walk comfortable/warm & paddle with the pups when I want. Boots flooded too many times not paying attention 😊
Any recommendation please.

Having recently gone through the same journery I would recommend - Skellerup Quatro Insulated Green. There are uninsulated varieties as well but with the comfort insole, neoprene insulation inside allowing for one to wear even thin socks and robust built, I am happy with mine. I did do two 4-5 mile trecks across some difficult terrain and had no issues with it even going downhill.

They are on the heavier side (prefer it) and get one size small compared to your regular shoe size. Its about £73 and well worth the money compared to some of the hyped up brands that I have been told have gone down in quality in the recent years.

Yeah they're good. I also wear bekina steplite very good when in them all day.

I got a pair of Grubs Tayline a couple of years ago. Very comfortable when worn for extended periods and warm when standing around in snow covered fields.

I have the decathlon solgnac wellies with 4mm neoprene lining. Really warm and comfortable, had them 4 years no issues

My wife bought a pair a couple of months ago having been a Muckboot user for years they seem to have dropped the quality. The Skellerups seem great, se had to order a size larger though.

I returned by Muckboots as it was overpriced and felt flimzy as soon as it put it on. Just didn't feel right. For the skellerup boot size, I was following what I saw here - Skellerup Wellies - Size Guide which worked for me.
