just ordered a thumbhole boyds stock for my savage 110 from the US, has anybody got any personal experience of the process when it arrives in this country, some say they had to pay tax and vat , some say payed nothing extra ????

Postage has been payed to boyds to post it to the uk was just think what happens when it lands here

This ^^^ It's a pain to have to she'll out more cash but it's worth it, they are excellent stocks.

Ye and mine was stuck at depo for 2weeks before they contacted me very poor

Just got an axiom stock from the states, parcelforce charged £39. £12 'handling' and the rest import tax

There will be a postage and custom's to pay,robbing bastad's,ive got two Boyd's,one on my cz,and one on my Howa,fantastic stock's,all ready to go,just pop your rifle in away you go,cant get these peep's who spend hundred's on the unfinished bit's of wood,by other dealer's,but like they say a fool and his money,,enjoy your stock,they are class,.
