Right folks

Got a .22 hornet I love in cz527 bit it's not
" right " in the factory stock it sits when torqued in stock correctly away over to one side but when centered it's hardly / barely hunter tight in stock.... and it throws every other round and I know it's not me

I could put it to a smith get bedded bit that be minimum £500
..
What aftermarket stocks are available?
Anyone got a Boyds from US lately?
Any hassle?

Don't know of any chassis available for them

Paul

Im in the very same position, cz 527in hornet.
I think im going to go form.
British company, plenty of options and they look good.

MDT do a chassis specifically for 527 223, don’t know if that’s a fit for hornet though Paul

Ordered 3 stocks from Boyds recently and delighted with them. Around 14 days from ordering to delivery.

My Boyds stock for my 527 in 223 was a drop in. Is the spacing for a Hornet different?

David.
No idea you tell me😅

All I know is I got this from Boyds
Hello,
CZ Varmint and American 527 interchange. Be sure to confirm the dimensions with the Tech Specs provided for you at the bottom of the stock page, a blue paragraph.

Note: CZ 527 requiring a mag inlet, are NOT available.

Thank you,

Boyds

Well 527 varmint and 527 American are on their drop down list..

Then get email saying mag inlet option unavailable

I thought all 527 were mag inletted..

It should not cost £500 to bed this rifle , Its like 5 hours tops . Is the stock really badly warped or split ? I don't think it took me any longer than that will the pillars made t bedded and cleaned up . Ideally a pro rifle smith would prefer to have a number of rifles to bed at once and time for full hardening but you can't charge for having something on the bench curing .
