I have the original 4 rack Bradly smoker.
The slider thermostat has packed in not doing anything.
I have tried everywhere to find a replacement.
Even Bradley smokers uk never replayed to my email.
In the off chance any one know how I can contact?
For you mean the puck motor itself? It's on a timer if I remember. Regardless though, I had the same issues with mine. The puck advance eventually gave up the ghost. I replaced the motor with a generic version of the same model, but it didn't last long.
I moved on to a Masterbuilt, but found the burn time far too short and quickly got fed up of refilling the tray with woodchips. I now use it with a smoker tube and pellets, which gives me the absolutely best compromise between heat control, overall cost, and length of burn.
If your Bradley is still heating ok you could maybe blank off the smoke generator port and do similar? You can still get a huge range of flavours with the pellets, and they're a fraction of the cost of Bradley pucks
