Have you got a box of DIY ‘bits’ for work around the house? - have a look to see if you have some of the pins (long thin nails) for hanging picture hooks. Because they go into plaster & hard materials these tend to be hardened. They will be thinner than the pin you need to drive out so should go through the misaligned holes. You’ll need to take the point off the end & flatten it which can be done a number of ways including rubbing it on a concrete slab if you don’t have a stone or grinder, or a dremel with an abrasive wheel, etc.
EDIT: FORGET THIS - I’VE JUST READ THAT THESE ARE BLIND HOLES… if tapping it on a sand bag doesn’t work then out the action on a hard surface with a piece of doubles up cereal packet under it to prevent damage. Get another piece of folder cereal packet to prevent you damaging the action & hit the action with a hammer. The inertia of the blow should cause the pin to rise up out of the hole it’s in - same principle as getting the caps off UJs in a prop shaft. Failing that buy a kit with new ejector kicker, pins & springs & use a dremel with a disc to cut through the white metal above the pin each side to release the compression & then refit new kit!
