I am looking for a lightweight varmint/treetop scope for a lightweight 222. First instinct is a Vector continental 44mm but before i order one i wanted to see if anyone else here has suggestions.
min magnification doesnt matter mutch, max should be at lesst 12x preferably more.
fine reticle, ffp with bdc of some type a plus but not required, bdc in moa or mil definitely desirable but also not absolute requirement.
low to bore and lightweight are a must.
optically as good as the budget allows but i wont be doing mutch low light shooting with this one so daytime clarity is more important than low light performance.
about 500-600 euro budget
Vector seems to fit but there are so many scopes out there nowadays....
