Butchering on cardboard

Makes my p*ss boil when I see tv chefs prepping food with their sleeves/cuffs down & chunky watches hanging, So cardboard would be a definate no no.
 
Hold the front page there: are you telling me that ginsters are classified as food? Or is that the cardboard plate?
Better off eating the cardboard plate.
Ginster brick could maybe be used like a sponge to soak up some of the blood/scum off the larder floor before you wash up properly….
 
You clean a work surface before and after you prep foodstuffs …

Why the f&ck would you put raw produce down on a surface that’s got god knows what on it ?

Invest in decent chopping boards or work table …. It’s not a massive investment compared to lot of stuff in this game
