Butchers steel recommendations?

Just to close this out, I went for this and I am very pleased!!
This works fine for cheap butchery knives but it’s useless for expensive hunting knives made out of premium steel.
You may also need a diamond coated sharpening rod or ceramic type which can re-shape premium steel with high hardness.

I wouldn’t dream of using a steel on anything other than cheap butchery knives. My hunting knives and chefs knives are all sharpened on the lansky!!
