Just a quick reminder that the butchery course this Sunday at The Smithy Barnard Castle is open to non BDS members as well as members all are welcome
Start time is 10.00am tee and coffee on arrival.
Colin Bowker master butcher will give a full demonstration on the art of butchering a carcase also in attendance will be Rob and his missus from Monarch stalking supplies with a full range of stalking accessories.

As Bob's post we will be attending and will have some great deals on Mora larder knives & equipment, trophy prep products, roe/sika sacks, various knife sharpening options & more - if you have a particular knife which you struggle getting an edge on bring it along & I will sharpen it.

Colin Bowker will be the star of the show - the scraps left from one of Colin's jointed deer will fit in a teacup!
