Butchery courses in cambs

I'm looking to learn some butchery skills, mainly for deer but also potentially rabbit and feathered game. If anyone could point me in the direction of any courses running in Cambs that I could book onto that would be massively appreciated.

Andy Papworth, works out of Simpsons, did an excellent bespoke course for me and a friend a few of years ago. He was excellent. Learnt loads.

Would also recommend Jim Riley at dvgm. I've not done the butchery course with him, but have stalked and did my dsc1 with him, great bloke
