Can you identify what this is?

Hi, as title, my late shooting partner shot 22Hornet and I can across this amongst his box of bits..

It says LEE-22H-BO, on the die body.. He did have Wamadet presses and the little hammer type part is part of the seating stem looking at the end of it…

Can’t find I picture of this anywhere… Would be great to establish what it is, whether there’s a demand or use for it, as would hate to just dispose of it… I never dispose of anything🙈

I had something like this, made by Lee, back in my 9mm Browning Hi-Power days......don't remember ever using it.
9mm Para ammo was around £2-£3 a box of 50 back then.

For certain a Lee loader but missing quite a few of the parts of the kit like the priming pin plus the decapping pin is non standard. The die body and anvil look more or less brand new fwiw
Thanks, for the thorough description… had a Quick Look on YouTube and forgot to picture the ‘decapping base’… I may have to rummage through some last bits (if I can remember when I put the box), to see if I can find any other relevant parts to the kit
