Capped FFP?!

Hi all,

Not sure if such a thing exists, Google hasn’t thrown anything up!

In my mind the perfect scope would be FFP with a decent mil reticle with .2 markers but capped turrets. This would allow for quick hold over shots out to 300m. Exposed turrets are of no benefit in this scenario, I’d much rather they were tucked away under caps and forgotten about once zero’d.

Does such a scope exist?

Don't think it has .2 markers, but the GPO Spectra would fit most of that bill.

Bloody good price as wel for the glass from what I've seen! (Edinburgh Rifles has a couple on Benelli demo rifles)

I think the best you will find is capped windage and a lock down elevation turret.
Athlon tac do this and probably others

But within 300 yards you mas as well go sfp with a BDC reticle and learn your drops at around 8x magnification for your setup

Schmidt and bender custom shop will do this for you. If you’re serious, my friend is the importer and can sort, but only if serious and a few grand to play with

Or go with 1 mil graduation and get a S&B Klassik with P3L reticle. I find it easy to interpolate, but that doesn't match your spec

After a little more digging I’ve found the Zerotech thrive hd ffp! Exactly what I was looking for!

The Meopta Artemis 3-12x50 has ffp and capped turrets like you describe. Reticle is the meopta 4b with a ranging reticle showing 0.5 metre height at ranges up to 600 metres.
