Good to hear that many firearms offices are pulling their socks up nowadays and getting things done in reasonable times.

I wonder whether praise should ONLY be given at the time of collection. Too responsive a service might be seen in some quarters as 'too much manpower. I am sure the police read this. I would advocate a person to person thank you not on here.
