Chiller Rails like Coolgame ones

Morning All,

I want to upgrade the rails in my chiller and am looking for a similar setup to the ones in the Landig refrigerators. Unfortunately CoolGame have shut up and Landing don't supply separately so looking for another supplier.

I could knock something up in my own workshop, but don't normally deal with stainless so hoping there is someone out there making something similar that could be custom made.

The main issue is the rail mounts need to run the full width of the chiller to avoid the compressor, etc on top, but not that big an issue.

Any suggestions on who can help?

Thanks

Donnington Deer Management do all sorts of bespoke stuff (including stainless) if you can't find an off the shelf option.

Actually please ignore. I have been concentrating on getting it done in stainless, however it seems a lot of abattoir suppliers seem to use galvanised steel, so I'll make it all up myself in steel and get it galvanised so should be a lot easier than I thought

Thanks, already fabricated the main frame and rails, just need to measure up and sort one for across the room and then should be done and ready for galvanising

Appreciate you are already putting together your design.

This is a galvanised hanging rail that I use for Roe in my larder which I find very useful.

Thanks.

I've mimiced the one in the Landig chiller with two bars running front to back and then an extension rail that is supported on one end and plugs into the chiller rail at the animal.

The idea being I can load carcasses out of the chiller and slide along the rail into the chiller.

I'm also doing another higher rail along where I skin them and will have a winch or pulley where the two rails intersect so can load one or other or transfer between easily.

Well that's the theory 🤣🤣

If you can please take some photos of the finished article.

I’m soon going to be starting a new deer larder / garage conversion and I’m looking for inspiration.
