Meat head / through door rails - condensation?

Painful process of trying to get a new chiller installed but struggling to get any traction with some of the bigger companies so looking at local company to supply. They don't do rails though so I'd have to get that myself.

I'd like the option of a through-wall rail above the door that allows me to load carcasses outside the chiller then slide them in. Only one company I have come across (who aren't being very responsive) supply a thermal break. Basically a plastic bit of rail in the wall to keep metal rail inside at chiller temp and metal rail outside at room temp to prevent condensation. My chiller is in an outside barn with a stone floor and no drains so I'm keen to avoid a puddle forming every time it's running but I have no idea if this is a real problem or not. I know I used to get a bit of condensation on the metal door surround of my last chiller on warm humid days but that was an insulated panel not a bit of metal at 2C.

Any one run a similar configuration can confirm if it is indeed a problem?

The chillers that Neil Rowantree was promoting at the Game Fair had a removable section of rail, which would satisfy your requirements.
But it occurs to me that you might just be overthinking it a bit, and inventing a problem that isn't really a problem.

Oh that definitely occurred to me too - hence the question of any real world experience of whether it really is something to worry about or not :)

Yep, these are the ones: Daro 2×2 – Game Cooling System UK Ltd

Not a bad system but I looked into them and no way to put a junction in them. So if you want the oldest deer out first then you have to unload all the others. I'd like a branch on mine so I can shuffle stuff around depending on when it was shot and where it is going. Plus you lose a lot of headroom.
