Loads of write-ups on here with very good ideas. I've posted repeatedly on mine in first a Pepsi chiller, and now an ex DEFRA chiller. Without @Tim.243's pelvic hangers I would get fallow into mine (nor the winch, sliding track, etc, more of which you'll find if you search on here). For just roe and muntjac, you can get away with simpler solutions but when you have a 75kg larder weight fallow to get in there too, you need a workable design.

Another fallow for me last night too but thankfully, only a youngster so only 38 kg in the larder. However, my point in posting was to give you another big shout out for if I didn't have your hangers, I couldn't get them into my small chiller. Pictures are a 51 kg and last night's 38 kg - time to start processing!
