Co-terminous renewal

Hi does anyone know the co-terminus renewal fee , is it £65???? , Can you apply for a variation at the same time as a renewal , and if so is that extra £££££ , And do witnesses have to sign the application , I don't think so ? from what I can see .

But if anyone can confirm or varify please . Gerry

You have to complete it all and provide all the referees and the land statement, but you can also ask for new, if you have good reason, all in the same application

So witnesses dont need to sign on a renewal . Did on original application and why i asked . Thought I may as well ask for a variation at the same time , bit silly to send it back in as soon as i got the the new certs back . Thanks g .

It’s all changed now... referees need to send a separate form, independent of the application. They can do it by email.

All you are required to do is provide full details of two persons who have agreed to act as referees upon your application. The referees are not required to fill in any separate form and send it, independent of the application. Following receipt of the application, the licensing team will do all the necessary checks on nominated referees and they may or may not contact them for further enquiries during the application process.

And thank'you on the fees £65 it is . Do i add a variation fee ?? , from what you say i just tag on the variation and its just be the co-term fee . Ive always done a variation separately .

The fee for coterminous renewal covers any variation you ask for.

If you change any of the referees from your last application there is a good chance they will contact your previous referee to confirm everything is okay and there is no reason for concern around them being removed as a referee.

Guess it would look funny . I use the same 3 as i always have . Out of interest , Whats the earliest you can apply ? , i know its recommended to apply 12 weeks in advance .
