Oooh. Made with whiskey that’s an old fashioned with absinthe.
Never tried that. Will it make me cut my ears off ?

A boulevardier. Equal measures of sweet vermouth, campari and rye whiskey with a piece of orange zest and ice. It's my favourite cocktail but I mainly drink beer, scotch or rum. Try it if you like bitter drinks, it's fantastic.

Definitely. The orange oil sprayed over the top. Sublime. When I was working in Munich we had a few before hitting bad angel
