Deer hunting days on a large Estate in the Cotswolds, where you’ll be positioned in comfortable, elevated high seats or towers overlooking proven deer travel routes. These carefully managed “deer movement days” are designed to keep deer active throughout the day - ensuring there’s rarely a dull day in a seat!

Our Cotswold estate features a mix of arable and livestock farmland. The main deer species found on this ground are Fallow, Muntjac, and Roe deer, offering varied and exciting stalking opportunities for experienced hunters.

Booking Options​

Group Day​

Book one or two seats for a full day of deer stalking. Others may also book on the same date, creating a friendly, social atmosphere among like-minded hunters. Perfect for those who enjoy meeting new people while sharing a passion for the outdoors.

Exclusive Day​

Book the entire day exclusively for yourself or your group. This is an ideal option for friends or family who wish to hunt together in privacy with the estate reserved solely for your use.

What to Expect​

Your day begins with a safety briefing around an hour before first light, followed by deployment to high seats (guided by our experienced stalkers). After approximately three hours in the field, guests return for a hearty breakfast while animals are processed.

The afternoon continues with a second hunting session until last light, after which we typically gather at a local pub or café for coffee or dinner — the perfect way to end the day’s adventures.

Prefer a different schedule? We can arrange an evening session followed by a morning session (e.g. Saturday evening and Sunday morning).

Each guest enjoys at least three hours of unaccompanied field time per session - that’s a minimum of six hours total per day.

Requirements​

• Minimum Deer Stalking Certificate Level 1 (DSC1) or at least three years of deer stalking experience
• Personal shooting insurance (our guides are also fully insured)
• Own rifle, ammunition, and suitable hunting equipment
• Confidence in identifying deer species and gender (unaccompanied sessions are for experienced stalkers only)

Non-shooting guests such as spouses or family members are welcome to attend at no extra charge.

Fees and Inclusions​

Your booking fee includes:

• The guide’s time and expert supervision
• Unlimited Muntjac, Roe and Fallow does

You will be expected to gralloch your own deer to an acceptable standard - if you prefer a guide to do it please either book our accompanied days, or inform the guide who will charge you £25 per gralloch. If you are over 60yrs or physically impaired there is no charge if you want a guide to gralloch your deer for you.
