Cz527 loading issue

I chambered a round in my .222 527 the other day and the bolt didn't go full forward and wouldn't close. Looks like the the case didn't rise up into the extractor claw correctly. Anyway i ended up with a round stuck in the chamber with the bolt not 'attached' to it. I had to nip home and push the round out with a cleaning rod. First time it's happened in hundreds of rounds. Is it just a freak or do I need to look into it? I'd appreciate your opinions. Cheers C

A cheap net curtain wire ( the ones with a plastic cover over a spring like thingybob) with an epoxy end to proect the bore some coiled up lives in my butt bag . used it once , learned to have one when this happened to me
