Day One at Game Fair

Or it could be because they don’t yet have a suitable range of THERMAL devices?!

Has anyone noticed that none of the Big 3 have introduced an all-out low light set of bins (56mm) for some years now? This to me suggests the market for such is dead and thermal is the new king of dawn & dusk.

K
There has been upgraded rangefinders in 56mm???? Sales in the UK for 42mm is considerably higher than 56mm versions, but as you suggest, more people are investing in thermal for day and night use???

I went on the Friday too (thankfully Ragley is only 10 mins away for me).
Great to see the show back again after the prevailing turmoil.
Very happy to see the amount of stands that were there, I certainly whiled away as much time in them before getting nagged by the other half because she wanted to see pony racing…….
I was expect some big name glass manufacturers there, but sadly no.
The limited amount of ammo on sale also surprised me (I saw one ‘shop’ and the savings weren’t exactly massive).
All in all a good day with some great displays.

Stopped going to Game Fair when the first hot tub appeared! Always enjoyed the Midland version far more, less professional “Countrymen” there. Who would want to go out on a summer day dressed like they were shooting double guns at Scarborough Clump. For younger readers look it up!
