I know this is a long shot but looking for an exclusive deer stalking lease on 150-400 acres that’s within 1H of Guilford aka Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey and Sussex with a 20-100 animal cull target from someone’s parcel. Was on one this year and have good references (I was the only gun to hit numbers). It will be used by a husband and wife team and not for commercial lets / guided stalking. I have my own larder and outlet so doesn’t need to be improved but would be a bonus if is. Would also be interested in cull work and have gun teams if needed for bigger projects. DSC2 / EFA+ insurance etc. Happy to pay for the privilege and longer terms aka 1-5 years. Wife has worked as a butcher and I have done commercial game processing on and off in the UK and Australia.
We are easy to get along with and will put the time into ground management, forestry maintenance and more to help with your let / shoot etc.
