Those of you that stalk on ground that now has turbines on it, do you notice a difference in deer density or behaviour?
Do you think it affects them or do they just get used to them?

I stalk a local farm has one only on top of small hill and 300yds or closer to csr park of fsrm coffee shop etc...
They dont bother .roe...seen round base of it regularly ...
Cant comment for a pile of them

Stalked on a large windfarm for a few years. Deer bedome used to them. Only time they look up is when there is a metallic sound when the turbines move round into the wind. On the ground I work now, the deer move out of the forest at night into the windfarm (red and roe) Then head home to the trees in the morning. J

I stalk in and around three windfarms, all of them have deer( Red,Sika and Roe) on them. They get used to them, takes a couple of years though

no, like any thing regular(ish) deer don't bother a jot.

I added the "ish" to emphasis that deer quickly become accustomed to new " regular" activity. We have had a lot of forest harvesting recently and after a couple of days deer don't seem in the slightest bother by timberjacks, forwarders, chipper or haulage wagons. peak round the corner with a rifle however.......
