2 days last week I had a text to say "Sorry, we missed you" from DPD. We'll deliver tomorrow. No delivery and each day we were home when they "tried" to deliver. I checked my security camera and no delivery driver even came onto our drive at the times they stated!

It's infuriating, isn't it? First World problems I know, but (for me at least) it leaves a really bad taste in the mouth having to roll over and accept such crap service. I guess this is the price we pay (ironically) for cheaper goods and short lead times

I had a phone call yesterday from the supplier to say that the samples that I requested had been returned to their warehouse. Did I still want these samples? They are re-sending with my address, post code and "What3words" location on the package. We await the next delivery "attempt".
I have to say that I have never previously had a problem with DPD deliveries in the last 4 years and I get regular medical items delivered every month.
