Delta Optics Warranty

Morning all. just checking if anyone has had first hand experience with Delta Optics Warranty process. I have a Delta Javelin that stops tracking once it is dialed past 6Mils. scope was returned to the dealer and they have sent it off to what appears to be a swedish company for testing. I would be keen to hear if others have had issues with tracking and what was your experience of getting the scope repaired.

Hi Keith. Not tracking related but sent one of my 4-24 Titaniums off via Elite Optical for a new objective lens as the coatings were flaking. It went to Poland and took nearly 7 months to be returned. Yours sounds like it will be a warranty repair all being well.

My experience was a chipped objective lens in a Stryker, which cost in excess of £300 and was away for three months. I had no warranty, as not original purchaser. I believe that still may be the case, non transferable warranty?

Thanks for the replies. Sounds like the turn around time is going to be long.

Not quite on thread, however.
I own an IOR, I recently had a conversation with the UK importers (Optic Warehouse parent company). The advised that the turn round time for IOR was months.

Some what of a coincidence the scope arrived back yesterday . Haven’t used it at this stage

That’s not too bad overall I guess. Do you know if they fixed the scope or replaced it?

Separate question - do you have the full elevation range available to you when using the zero stop? Or is it limited to a certain amount? Thanks!
