Dog kennel build

Took him to the groomers for a tidy up as I left he vaulted the 5 foot barrier , separation issues, I’ve tried leaving him on allotment while I walked to the compost heap and he ate through the lead he was on now got to use a metal cable he’s fine as long as he can be with you and just lies where your working. Think he’d make short work of the wood.🙄

If I tie my GWP up outside a shop, she chomps through the lead in one bite. Just sits there and waits for me though. Just doesn’t like being tied up I suppose!

I bought one of these second hand 15 years ago.
They are very well built and most have been costly when new,
Unfortunately mine has rotted away on the bottom but because they are so well made it’s worth the time and effort to replace and save.

@cookingfat

I too bought an old Neaverson kennel, from a friend of mine; three or four years ago.

He had had it for an age, and it had then been stored in a barn for some years.

We had a concrete base put in, and threw it all back together.

It has proved to be a Godsend.

Mrs.S62 throws some preservative over it, every year or so.

It will probably see me out...:-|
