I opted for the design I saw from Thar off this site.
A cable 'P' clip which has a rubber insert. a piece of alloy, drilled to attach to 'P' clip. This all then fits to the barrell.
Just make out the attachment to the barrell
I also use a 'cobra' style sling from Ash.
