Driven Boar Bulgaria

Has anybody any experience of Driven Boar in Bulgaria ?
I am in touch with a guy that owns a Bar and a gun shop with a range at the back of it, so he tells me.
He also tells me he organises driven boar hunts for his local friends.
He lives in the the Bourgas area which I believe is a tourist area so am considering taking a holiday there to check him out.
His English is not very good, his German is a bit better than his English so am hoping to find something useful out, at least it will be a holiday if nothing else.

There was a set up like you described near Sunny Beach, Condor was the name of of it. Don't know if it's still going but there's probably loads of them.

Condor is the name of his Bar so it must be the same guy I would have thought.
Oh well it looks like a holiday might be on the cards.

I just had my raptor annealer delivered from Bulgaria, you might cover some of the trip by bringing a few back in your baggage for the members.

Has anybody any real time experience of money exchange rates in Bulgaria ?
I am told by some that it is better to take sterling and change in a bank over there for a better rate than here in UK.
I am following the market for exchange rates here and at the moment the the rate is going down, less for the £ than last week.

Hi Eddy, I recommend using wise.com
Good exchange rate, multicurrency account and debit card.
Handy for overseas trips.

I use Revolute, similar to Wise, have mulit currency bank accounts and convert when rates are good to the local currency, can then draw cash out at a cash point in the home currency when im over there.

I use a web site called Foreign Exchange and watch it most days and see the currency go up and down. When it is good I hit it with a reasonable amount and do that throughout the year to build up enough for any driven trips I want to go on. Not had much luck lately tho because the trips have become so expensive.

Rate is far better than here, what I am doing is just using my debit card there and then even better get a revolut card and do exchange online in real time and then withdraw Bulgarian lev's
