I sort of agree that some people could pass by just listening and revising a bit on the evenings, but the content is quite valuable and the course is expensive in time and cash, so taking a few days beforehand to read up and understand and learn it (and possibly even enjoy it) does have its merits.Its the type of course where they emphasise what you should listen to, like those courses you do at work.
