Why has it been dropped from 3 Cull records to 1. Where they finding 3 was in effect very repetitive and didn’t really add any value. Ie a good AW can pretty much assess whether or not a candidate is competent or not in just one ICR.
Or is it simply a matter of time and cost? And will it diminish the value of a DSC2 so you now need a DSC3, 4 or 5.
Or a bit like O levels yse to really mean something, then A levels were the basic, and fast forward to today unless you have three PhDs and a raft of professional qualifications you are considered to be unskilled labour.
