Dyfed Powys Police - top notch service

I put a variation in last Monday for a .22 FAC air rifle. Contacted that afternoon to send my old cert back and received my new cert yesterday.

I have always had a positive experience with Dyfed Powys Police Firearms team and they havent let me down this time.

Just thought it's good to highlight good service and long may it continue

Always found them to be switched on when I was down there!

Now under North Wales police and they turned me a variation around in 10 days; from online form going in to new cert through the door

Whilst we get stick off ignorant people who dont know how to care for sheep its good that we get such fine service from the firearms teams. Just imagine if we had power, water and internet ...the exodus would begin

I believe you can request one either in Welsh or bilingual

Had the same excellent service back in January for a 22lr. Variation was in the post day after my cert was received by them. Can't fault the service they have given.

Its nice when you get decent service...especially considering what I read on here about some of the wait times. I know Dyfed Powys had a period where they would only do 1 for 1s but even then they were efficient.
