Re Nikula bins, these are sold by Fox Firearms, and they are excellent for the money, scary when I compared them to my Geovids. If you are on a tight budget then well worth a look. Minnox do appear to be very highly rated.
It is a law of diminishing returns with the top bins your paying for the very few last minutes of light and in some circumstances it is a real pain when you can see your target with your bins but not through your scope.
However if you eventually do get a pair of v good bins they will be a joy to use and will put more meat in the chiller.
